CryOut Worship Network is an exciting opportunity for worship leaders and their teams. We want to EQUIP, CONNECT and EMPOWER the worship leadership of this region to reach their maximum ministry potential.
Our vision is for every church to experience the transforming Glory of God through worship, so the Kingdom of God can be furthered in the earth.
Worship leaders are entrusted with the awesome responsibility of leading God’s people in worship every week. We also have the challenging task of:
· Recruiting a solid team
· Training musicians, singers, lyric operators, and sound technicians
· Discipling individuals in Kingdom worship principles
· Leading effective rehearsals each week
· Planning worship services, special events, and seasonal outreaches
· Balancing ministry with family needs and other responsibilities
· Maintaining consistency while keeping worship times fresh
WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!
WHAT WE DO
1) ONE-DAY WORKSHOPS (offered two to three times each year)
· Each workshop is held on the campus of Calvary Temple Worship Center in Modesto, CA. The training event is designed around your needs, packed full of helpful tools for you and your team. The highlight of each conference will be the transformation and renewal you receive from the presence of God.
· Each workshop includes:
o Powerful times of worship you don’t have to lead
o Opportunities to connect with other worship leaders
o Breakout sessions with Q&A
o Practical training
· All our training is centered around five key areas of effective worship ministry:
o Worship Theology – Focusing on the foundation. Is everything you do in worship biblically centered?
o Worship Leading – Becoming the leader God has called you to be, within the context of what He’s called you to do.
o Musicianship – Developing your musical abilities.
o Administration – Organizing and building a strong, growing ministry.
o Technology for Worship – Utilizing audio / visual resources to enhance your worship times.
2) WORSHIP MENTORING PROGRAM
Our mentoring program exists to provide ongoing resources and consultation. We are available to come alongside you to help you achieve all God has for you in your ministry. There are several ways we can do this:
o Skype—We would set up times to speak to you or your team.
o Resource—We will make our School of Worship curriculum available to you at minimal cost.
o Service and Rehearsal Review—Send us a video of a service or rehearsal and we will prayerfully view the material and suggest ways you may reach your highest potential.
o Sound & Media Coaching
